Purple Rose Root Child

Description

The Purple Rose does not believe one can wear too much of her favorite color. Even though you won’t find a rose of this hue in the wild (or lavender hair color for that matter), Purple Rose is made out of all natural materials. Her favorite activities are painting canvases and tie-dyeing clothes. Purple Rose would be glad to join a nature table display, take a role in a story or quietly inspire you from a corner of your desk. She is pictured with her friends Black Rose and Blue Rose as part of the “Goth Waldorf Gang”.

Purple Rose is 2 and 3/4 inches tall and is made of natural materials with petals framing a face simply embroidered in the Waldorf tradition to encourage open, creative play. The base of the doll is embroidered with a woven herringbone stitc h. Purple Rose is suitable for storytelling and display, and should be kept out of reach from pets and children who still put toys in their mouths (small parts can be a choking hazard). The base of the doll is signed in thread with an “A.”
