Sage Planter

Description

I have a kitten who likes to eat my plants so the only way I can grow any is to hang them up! I made these planters to hang from my porch so they have a drainage hole in the bottom and natural rope to hang them with. These would be a great place to grow herbs for your kitchen. Hang them from a fire escape for a "city garden" or put some bird seed in one and hang it from your trees. The drainage hole will let the rain out so the seeds don't get soggy. These would look lovely hanging in groups from your backyard trees!

Handmade from a slab of clay that I formed over my own hand thrown mold. I glazed it with my own satin sage glaze on the outside but left the inside bare to keep the moisture in for your plants. Fired twice in my electric kiln for durability.

The measurements are: 6.5" across opening, 3" tall 10" from the top of planter to the knot on hanger making the whole thing hang to about 13".
