earth green girl's medium (8/10) 100% cotton rib tank top (Faded Glory) with DRAGON!

This is just what every little dragon-rider, dragon-lover, princess or SCAdian needs! I have two of these girl's dragon shirts that, oddly enough, are nearly identical (that hardly ever happens). The listing is just for one. The color in the photos doesn't look quite right to me on my monitor--the dragon is yellow and the shirt is almost green-olive colored, with the edging a bit darker.

I hand decorate each of these shirts in a multi-step process. I draw the outlines with blue glue, after that has dried, I brush the dragon with melted soy wax. The glue and wax act as a dye-resist in the procion dye dye bath. After dyeing, the shirts are washed and dried and then I hand paint the features and heat set the fabric paint.

Wash the first time separately in warm water to remove any excess dye. After that they are usually quite colorfast.
