My Story____________________________________________________
I am a conservation biologist and artist whose mission is to protect, teach and showcase the wonders of insects. While working in the entomology departments of two major museums I was amazed by their massive insect collections, but disappointed the public never got to view them.

Bug Under Glass was started in order to make these creatures more accessible while educating the public about their unique lives. All insects I use have been raised on insect farms throughout the world, where they are captive bred and live out their complete life cycle. These insect farms are a valuable conservation tool employed by many notable conservation groups that teach improvised people to raise insects versus industries that deplete rainforest, such as farming and logging.
