The size I would figure to be relevant to a Children's 6-7 size range.
This item has been machine washed and dried for Testing and Softness. No Defects Found!

Measurements:

Front straps from top to the bottom of the tie accent (top of shoulder to where bottom of bust hits): 10-3/4 inches unstreached and one side only.
Bust: 24 inches around, unstreached.
Length of skirt: 9 inches (from bottom of bust to bottom of skirt), unstreached.
Bottom Opening: 36 inches around, unstreached.
