Caicos 1 - Sterling Silver Wire Wrapped Sea Glass Pendant (N0137)

Three pieces of aqua and white sea glass have been stacked, and a wire wrapped white sea glass teardrop dangle has been added to the bottom to create a contemporary look. All components are sterling silver and the pendant is approximately 1 3/4" in height.

A 16" snake chain is included.

About Sea Glass:

This sea glass was found on the island of Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos Islands, a small British jewel at the southern end of the Bahamas.

Sea glass (also called beach glass or mermaid's tears) is tumbled by sea sand and waves until smooth and frosted. It is NOT recycled glass that has been frosted in a rock tumbler. It is NOT frosted glass purchased at a craft store. Each and every piece of my sea glass jewelry is created from genuine sea glass which I find on Caribbean beaches during my scuba diving trips. I drill all of the holes myself, a painstaking process which requires a drill press and diamond drill bits.

It is important to note that genuine sea glass is mostly irregular in shape and will almost always have some imperfections. It's made by mother nature and it's supposed to be that way, that's how you tell it's the real thing!
