Description
I created this special character with all the extra touches that you could imagine! The Ice Queen is wearing a costume with a full skirt that almost looks like a thin sheet of ice, sparkling, sheer colors reflecting in it, and a warm white cloak accented with "icicles" and glittery "snowflakes". Her pale face is personally hand painted, her magnificent mane of white hair is set of by a sparkling snowflake crown.Her finishing touch is the carrying of some cold and clear cubes of ice in her hands!This fanciful creation is personally designed pattern free and she stands about four and three quarter inches tall.
