Waterbabies Print - 8 x 10

Description

One of my favorite drawings. A group of water babies surround a tentative manatee.

8"x 10" print (20x25cm) of an original graphite drawing. I have an unusual drawing style which includes sharpened mechanical pencils (yes, it is possible!) and lots of deliberate erasing with my collection of special erasers. My technique creates a very fine shadowy line with lots of character and gradation. I've been very careful to make sure the character of my original drawing comes across in the prints - including the duplication of the graphite color.

It is printed on smooth white 100% cotton arches watercolor paper with archival pigment ink.

This print will be signed and dated and on the back by yours truly - Karina Kalvaitis.

Sent in a protective plastic sleeve with biodegradable foam core backing to prevent folding or other damage by postal employees.
