when kenna asked me to make it for her and told me the story behind it ...we both bawled. she said i could share a little of her story.


from kenna:

My husband and I lost our daughter at 20 weeks. I have always wanted a way to remember her, to 'Cherish' her.

Tears, I'm in tears. I just haven't thought of a good way to do this. The little foot prints, etc just didn't seem to do her justice in my mind. Plus I can't carry those around.

Perhaps I could ask you to choose the stones you find appropriate? I don't know as much as about them as you do.

making this piece had us in tears. we labored and labored over which stones to pair and finally decided on this swarovski and vintage rosette design bead.

swarovski crystals are known for their healing properties. our hope is that having a special way for kenna to remember her addalyn will help her heal. we thought it was the perfect little girl mix to cherish such a little girl.
