Gothic Victorian lace scrap and crystal encrusted brooch -Accumulation-

Description

Whatever your accumulation of choice is, state it with this gothic lace and crystal brooch. Hand-dyed vintage lace doily scraps layer together to support an encrusted barnacle of sequins, crystal chips and beads (from the 19th century right up till now), hoarded round a centre black resin plate book scrapped with the word 'accumulation'. A rough chunk of black tourmaline hangs below the brooch like a lump of coal for the naughty children at Christmas.

Backed in hand-dyed vintage wool felt of a smoky purple hue, the brooch attaches to whatever you please with an embedded silver swivel-head pin.

Measures 70mm across.
