Tiny Budding Branch, Copper Necklace

Description

This little budding branch, a REAL specimen of nature, is preserved and encased in a copper shell forever. I collected this early last spring in Baltimore's own Patterson Park.

This little piece is a one of a kind sentimental statement.

Branch pendant measures just about 1 inch long.

Chain is oxidized to match the pendant.
Chain measures 18" or 45mm.


This is a line of copper jewelry that I sell only here on etsy. I invested in some equipment for my studio that can coat a layer of copper metal onto any organic object (called electroforming). You may have seen leaves that have been "dipped" into copper or gold making them into leaf pendants. This piece has been made using the same method, only mine are done by me in my own studio and not sent out to a lab.

To care for this copper jewelry, simply wipe with a polishing cloth occasionally.
