Bat Mitzvah Chamsa Charm sterling silver and stones necklace.

Description

According to Kabbalah Hamsa amulet represents protective hand of God and as such protects against ‘evil eye’ and brings good luck. Around Mediterranean blue color is believed to also serve the same functions.

I call this particular design Bat Mitzvah, because my experience of selling at Jewish communities’ venues shows that among my Hamsa Charm necklaces this design is most popular with younger girls.

Delicately oxidized and textured sterling silver chain is decorated with turquoise and pearl wire wrapped links. It is finished with turquoise accented claw clasp and 2" long extender chain. The charm used in this necklace is bench-made by hand by Washington local artist Lois Venarchick. It’s signed at the back.

Length of the necklace is 16"-18' (40-45cm).

!!!! This design is also available in special Bat Mitzvah length of 14“ (35cm) with 3” (8cm) long extender chain.
