When you order this pattern, you will receive a PDF packet of two pattern downloads: one for the Mod Dollie which serves as the base pattern for this doll and the House Fairy Supplement pattern which will give you the wing pattern and the cupcake.

(You should probably already have the capability to download PDF files, but if you do not you can download Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader for free online!)
