glass 'crystal' cocktail ring in sterling silver size 8

i was a glass blower for 5 years and still have a huge yearning for it. i love watching talented glass artists
push the envelope of creativity.
at gathering of the vibes festival this summer i ran into ben birney, a talented glass blower, and we started talking glass. kinda. i was talking rocks, stones, crystals..
but i wanted him to make them out of glass for me. best of both worlds, right?

he made these little beauties by forming a marble first, and then using lapidary equipment to terminate the glass like a crystal would naturally. like a large facet. when you peer down inside, you see the colored glass design like in a marble, but from the sides, it looks like a big crystal.
this is the very first one and i love it!
look for more to come in different designs and shapes.

this ring has my signature star hand cut on the back.
