“The Scoop”…

Many people erroneously believe that faeries are repelled by all types of metals. This is not true. Why, just look at leprechauns and their pots of gold.

The only metal that repels faeries is cold iron. Iron is like poison to them and, thus, they will not go near it.

So, not to worry. This miniature ornate “silver” and very pretty “fairy flower perfume bottle” will neither repel nor harm your faeries. In fact, being lovers of flowers ("In the twilight, faeries flit about from flower to flower, causing mysterious twinkling of lights, inviting you to follow".) and guardians of nature, it will more than likely be very pleasing to your faeries.

The “silver” fairy “perfume bottle” is very ornate with two little balls in each of the sections and fluted on the bottom. The stopper is a pale pink flower, which tilts forward just a tad, with a center of pink faceted glass set in silver. It measures 9/16” high.

The off white round base of the fairy “flower trinket box” is vintage. It has a design on top which cannot be seen in the photos. The lid for the “trinket box” is a flower, thus, mirroring and matching the “perfume bottle”. The flower is red with a “gold” center. It is 7/16” in diameter and 5/16” tall.

I love textures, different styles, and color. Mixing them encourages one to imagine. It was my intention to design this set so that you will have a mixture of texture and design. Each will feel differently in your hands, catch the light differently, and conjure up different images in your mind. What fun! The two flowers on both the stopper and the lid pull this set together.

This set of two fairy vanity items is my original idea, design, and creation. It is one of a kind, artist made by me, and from a smoke free home. It will never be made again. It is not a toy. The glue used is non toxic.

Ideal for faeries, lovers of all things fae, miniature dollhouses, furniture, room boxes, displays, and for you and your miniature faeries to play with together.
