Papirmasse was founded on the belief that art should be cheap and plentiful. Low income/no income/faux income shouldn't be impediments to having nice things on your walls! We wanna get art out there - we like it on the streets, in your homes, in museums, on the road.

Papirmasse is a play on the Dutch word for pulp. With writing on the back and art on the front, we're a pulp novel cum gallery visit. We walk the line between highbrow and lowbrow. We're no-brow. And we arrive in the mail monthly.

5 bucks a month. How 'bout it? Frame it, give it away, throw it out. The choice is up to you. But move fast, because we are limited edition. Every issue is signed by the artist whose work appears on the front, and there are only 1,000 available.

THE DETAILS:

What you get: 12 signed and editioned offset lithography prints. Each print has an image on the front, and articles on the back.

How often: In the mail, every month. Subscriptions are for one full calendar year (January - December). If you subscribe mid-year, you will immediately get an exciting package of all the issues produced so far! This will be followed by new issues every month.

How many: There are only 1,000 subscriptions available. Prints can not be purchased individually.

How much: Only $5 a month, plus shipping. That's $60 for the subscription, plus $20 for shipping.

Why: Because your walls are blank! Because you need a great and unique gift for a friend! Because you want something that stimulates your eyes *and* your mind! Because you like to support independent artists!
