Halloween Assemblage Mummy Girl and Her Pet Pig
Description
This was a fun little assemblage to make ! I had an old hard plastic doll with no hair ... I decided to wrap her body in strips of torn hankies . I added layers of paint , gesso , stain , etc to give her a ghoulish but sweet look . She has a tint of red on her lips just for the party ! Her dress was made from folded sheet music and torn pieces of lace . The pig is a chippy painted old metal one and he is attached to the girl with a chain . Both have paper hats and have been sprinkled with antique mica flakes . The wooden base is an old building toy piece . Approx . 6 " tall . Signed and dated .Added on Oct 16, 2009
