Handmade Bird Applique Linen Pouch

Description

This adorable little zippered pouch is one of a kind and is a great size for all your essentials.
It's a small piece of functional art that would look fabulous in your bag or anywhere else you might fancy.

It is made out of a plain natural linen teamed with a turquoise and coral decorator cotton. The back is made using the plain linen.

I have appliqued a little bird in turquoise felt and machine embroidered it in blue thread then added a French knot for the eye.
A super cute Japanese sewing tape with French writing is attached to the side.
It's lined with an unbleached cotton and has been interfaced for structure and support.
