Ripple necklace

This chunky necklace features a fabulous combination of colors—dyed coffee jasper is swirled with a fantastic bluer-than-teal/less-green-than-turquoise blue that reminds me of the color of the ocean in photos of Greece (one day I’ll make the comparison in person!). Though the colors are earthy and Mediterranean, the effect of the combination is straight out of the sweet shop—the marbling in these stones resembles what would happen if you stirred blue-raspberry ice cream into melting chocolate—yum!

Matching glass nuggets emphasize the brilliant blue color, and sterling silver nuggets serve as spacers. At the center of this piece is a pendant framing one of the droplet-shaped jasper beads. Measuring about 18 ½”, with the pendant adding an additional 2”, this necklace features a unique etched brown glass and sterling silver closure.

Wear it while touring Athens, or heading out for ice cream with your family—either way, you’ll look delicious!
