For the Honu (Sea turtle) lover and fanatic here's Happy Honu on a modern baby shower invitation. The Hawaiian word for sea turtle is honu and they are considered a symbol of good luck in Hawaii. This modern and abstract design of a honu represents all the different sea turtles found in Hawaiian waters, particularly the Green Sea Turtle. I am originally from Hawaii and was inspired by my son’s favorite plush honu he carried around with him from the time he was a baby. SCROLL DOWN TO REVIEW PROCESS.


This listing is for a Print-on-your-own Personalized Photo Card. If you prefer card stock printing I will be able to set up your file to be printed on Vistaprint.com (recommended for Hapa Girl Design card designs).

Here's how it works:

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE TO MAKE SURE I CAN DO IT. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY.

1. PURCHASE THE DESIGN and complete the PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL. Payment must be made through Paypal within 24 hours or I will have to cancel the order. Personalization will not start until payment has been received.

2. EMAIL ME THE INFO you want on the card design (and photos if purchasing a birth announcement). Email me at hapagirldesigns [!at] sbcglobal.net. Images should be at least 300 dpi, .jpg or .png, and should be in their original format (not edited)! Please specify 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 or any custom size you'd like.

3. PERSONALIZATION will be underway once I receive all your info and photos. You will receive your first proof typically within a few hours. (Note: My business hours are 9am to around 9pm so purchases made outside of that time frame will have a slight delay.)

4. PROOFING Once I have a proof for you to view I will email you a low resolution JPEG. You will have up to 3 revisions to make it perfect. I will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with the final result.

5. FINAL PRODUCT Once you are happy with your personalized card, I will send you a final high resolution .jpg file. You can then send that file to your favorite printer/photo developer (such as Snapfish, Costco, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target, etc).

ENVELOPES: I do not offer envelopes with the PRINT-ON-YOUR-OWN photos cards, but you can purchase inexpensive envelopes either at Walmart, Office Depot, or Office Max that fit 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 photo cards. If you get this card printed on Vistaprint.com each card order includes white envelopes.
