This eco chic little dress is made from two coordinating recycled mens cotton dress shirts and accented with an amazing velvet rick rack. I've cut it generously to be worn as a dress today, and as a top as she grows! It features a soft elastic neckline and fluttery sleeves... perfect for layering!
