Vintage Black Velvet with Straw Brim Hat

Description

This beautiful vintage hat with a lovely turned up brim, is a combination of black velvet and straw. A black bow graces the rear of the hat.
Inner circumference is 22"
Brim measures 2 3/4"
Excellent condition, with one small worn area at the intersection of stitching (top rear) - it's possible that this is not worn but the way that it was stitched.
