Swaddled Baby- Pink Haze

Description

Original design, snuggly baby doll made from recycled, washed and felted wool. This doll is meant as an art piece, although there are no loose part that would be a hazard for a child.

This baby has brown skin and is wide awake. She has a garden scene appliqued on the front of the "blanket". The background is a dusty pink and there is a tree branch, yellow flowers and a blue bird decorating the front and sides of the doll. All the decoration is wool and mostly from recycled clothing. Body embroidery is done with wool crewel thread. The face is embroidered with cotton embroidery floss. The baby is 11 1/2" long and just a little smaller then a real swaddled new baby.

The doll is stuffed with wool stuffing and wool scraps. If you buy several items, ask for a shipping discount- the amount will depend on what combination of things you are buying. Please email me if you need more information about this doll. Thanks!
