This vintage sewing pattern is from 1977 (McCall's 5891), and is for a blouse and skirt. The description reads as follows:

Blouses have long sleeves gathered into snapped sleeve binding. A,B has buttoned front bands and collar. A has self-ruffles. Front yoked pullover blouse C has neck binding extensions tied in front, lace trim and tie belt. Skirt in two lengths has front tucks and back zipper.

The pattern is UNCUT and is a size 8:

31.5 in bust
24 in waist
33.5 in hip
15.75 back waist length
