I collaborated with talented jewelry maker Faeriesmak.com to bring you these heart-shaped candy cane necklaces.

This listing is for one red and white striped candy cane necklace made of polymer clay. Can you believe it? They look SOOO real! The heart is hung on a mini pearl and gold-toned chain, with a super adorable toggle with heart-shaped accents.

Each necklace comes packaged in a candy box and is ready to make the perfect gift for someone sweet!

Each heart measures about 3.5 in x 3 in. The chain is 16 inches around.

Since these are each handmade, yours might not look exactly like the one pictured, but they are all artfully and professionally made, so it will be beautiful no matter what!

(p.s. I accidentally wore mine into the shower, and it survived, but I wouldn't recommend it!! :P )
