Sunrise - crazy lace agate ring
Description
The amazing patterns and beautiful colours in this mexican crazy lace agate inspired me to create a ring depicting the sun rising through the clouds.I handmade this ring from sterling silver; hand cutting all the little clouds first, then soldering them to the band to make the cloudy sky. After setting the stone I oxidized and polished the silver.
The band is ½ inch (13mm) wide, the stone is 7/8 x 5/8 inches ( 22 x 17mm) and the ring is a size 7 ½. It will be a tight fit due to the width of the band so you may need to wear it on a finger that is ½ to a full size smaller than 7 ½.
This ring is one of a kind.
