Coyote Brush Booties

Description

These kimono baby booties are the essence of loving and careful fiber and dye production.

Made with peace silk (the exterior) and organic cotton and hemp fleece (interior).

Peace silk is from India, it is made from the cocoons of moths that have already broken free.

The silk was dyed in my natural Indigo fermentation bath, and rinsed in cool water, and then dyed in my favorite coyote brush dye; from the native plant that covers our hillsides.

The combination of the naturally dyed blue and the coyote brush yellow, has created a natural and perfect shade of green.

These booties shown in the picture are for babies 0-3 months in age.
An average baby foot size 0-3 months is 3.25".

I make the booties up to 4.5" long, for bigger infants.

Convo me with your babies foot length (heel to toe), if you know it.
If they are a gift for a newborn, the 0-3 month size should work well.
