I was inspired by the hat Mary J Blige wore on the cover of her "Reflections" album, and created this crocheted version.

The deeply textured cables and the firm brim set off this cap.

Skill Level: Intermediate - crochet in the round; increase; crochet with two strands of yarn together; special stitches.

Basic stitches used: chain, half double crochet, double crochet, single crochet, slip stitch, front post stitches.

Restrictions:
