Fine Silver Autumn / Winter Tree Pendant

Description

This pendant is featured in projects I wrote for the Fall 2009 issue of Stringing and the November 2009 issue of Bead Trends. It also appeared in the November 2008 issue of BeadStyle Magazine.

The pendant is fine silver, which means that it is composed of .999 pure silver (by contrast, sterling silver is only .925 pure). It's a nice weight and measures approximately 43mm in diameter (excluding jump ring).

I hand-formed this pendant from PMC, kiln-fired it, burnished it, patinated it and then polished it to bring out the design.

Look for Stringing and Bead Trends magazines for ideas on how to string the pendant. It would also look wonderful on your favorite sterling chain or a black cord. Chain and cords are available separately from my shop - there is no additional shipping charge if you purchase one with a pendant.
