Crocheted kitchen cat, plastic bag keeper/dispenser

I crocheted this gray kitchen kitty to help keep those unsightly plastic grocery bags hidden. You just stuff them up her long skirt and it will poof out and make her look even prettier ;-)

I crocheted her using acrylic yarn in gray, black, rose, red, white, green and blue. She has a small loop for hanging and a plastic band on the bottom of her skirt to keep the plastic bags inside.

She is dressed in Christmas colors, in case someone wants to take her home for the holidays!

Her head and torso is stuffed with acrylic fiberfill, I sewed on two buttons to her sweater and for an extra special touch, I attached a small silk rose to her apron. Look! She even has claws.

She's a substantial 22" long from the tip of her ears to the ruffles on the her of her skirt. She has an 11 1/2" waist. The skirt expands as you put more plastic bags inside it.

Use gentle spot cleaning or a hand held steam cleaner. Machine washing is NOT recommended, but delicate handwashing can be done, if necessary - but don't soak!
