This is a one of a kind handmade mini top hat. The base is a stiffened felt 5 1/2" hat, and has attached ribbed black ribbon which holds the hat on at a tilt perfectly. As with all of my items it is quality made to last and handstamped MetroGypsy. I can also do custom versions upon request in a varied selection of colors. Every single item that I create is 100% one of a kind. And I use only the best materials. All though my first piece started out with a tiny budget, I will tell you this isn't some shoddy item pieced together with 50% off glue and the specials at Michaels or AC Moore with photos of it taken with a cellphone. I use Grade A imported Ostrich feathers, silk ribbon and absolutely stunning vintage brooches and pieces I've collected while traveling acrossed the country.
