Vintage 80s POWER Suit High Waist Shorts Square Shoulder Jacket small

Description

This is a vintage 80s tailored suit, composed of a big shoulder jacket and high waist shorts, with flaming 80s styled details. This garment is designed to fit closely at the waist and flare slightly at the hips.

It has the designers label intact:
Leineral - 100% cotton
*estimated best fit: US size range 6 to 8

Both of the fab pieces are made from a weighty textured cotton fabric. Jacket is fully lined and has large shoulder pads beneath the lining.

The dolman cut Jacket closes in front with one large button. It also has an attached dickey which snaps on one side. The dickey gives the impression that you are wearing a matching blouse underneath. Jacket is cropped and has waist darts in front and a princess cut in back to give the narrow/wasp waist shape.

The large collar of the jacket has lots of whimsical white and metallic gold braiding and trim. The trim is repeated at the sleeve cuffs as well.

The matching shorts are flat front, and are high waisted with wide legs. They close with a side zipper and should stop a couple of inches above the knee. These garments have 'NO STRETCH'.

These garments are in good condition, no stains, tears or loose seams. Drycleaning only is recommended for care.
