Vintage Typewriter Key Necklace, the Period Key

Genuine Vintage typewriter key - The Period key - this key was for when you had shift lock in place, so you could use 'period' in upper or lower case, but I just think it looks cool - has been set in a beautiful 15mm silver plated and oxidized lace edge setting. Most of these typewriter keys date from the 1900's to the 1940's.

Accented with a sterling plated bail, it comes with a 24 inch silver plate chain, that can be resized to your desired length.

Although these keys have been cleaned and polished,
vintage typewriter keys show wear - these are used keys, after all! As I work with them I can't help but imagine what letters, college papers, newspaper articles - were written with them.
