Description
"Serengeti" is a bulky weight, navajo-plyed yarn. It has great homespun character due to the fact that it was spun straight from a high quality, hand-painted piece of fleece without carding. The fleece comes from the Cormo sheep "Skiddish" at Riverwinds Farm in Boyd WI. This yarn will stripe in earthy brown, new grass green, lion yellow, and sky blue with a occassional velvety lock of red spun in because it reminded me of the Maasai who live in the area. 120+ big fat yards. Roar!100% of the proceeds from this sale will be donated to Partners In Health.
