This cheery party banner with vintage trims can be added to your home decor or party any time of year. Perfect for the holiday or wherever and whenever you need a little bit of cheer!
Hang up this cheery red garland banner and it will surely bring you a smile every time you walk by it.
I started out with 5 chip board triangles and then covered them with vintage flocked wallpaper as well as using new paper, such as red mulberry paper and raised white wallpaper to give this banner a very textured and detailed look.
I have added vintage lace,vintage bells, trim and vintage buttons along side of new trim, ribbon, and beading.
I also included red and white ricrac, red tassel trim, and red and white silk rosettes.
For sparkle, two of the triangles have a diamond dust trimming the edges and three of the triangles have dots of red glitter decorating the paper.

The triangles measure 8inches in length and 5 inches in width at the top. The lace trim at the tops of the triangles and the beading at the bottom tip of each triangle then add another inch or two to the total length.
The backs of the triangles are covered in a vintage sheet music.
The garland is all hung on a red ribbon and a white frilly ribbon and the garland triangles span about 3 1/2 feet in length and then the hanging ribbon adds a few more feet to that.
