CLEARANCE Halloween Green and Black BEWARE TUTU
Description
Tutu made from black with green writing caution tape. Also has green raven/crows. Each strip of tape is sewn onto an elastic band covered with black flannel fabric with white skulls.Would be best to wear something underneath as the tapes are not sewn together. See pics, it flutters/opens with movement. Would look great over a petticoat or tulle tutu!
