We present possibly the warmest mittens known to man (and woman) kind....the felted wool mitten. Knit from 100% wool yarn, these mittens are felted, stretched and dried in my smoke-free home. The felted wool fabric makes a dense, warm, wind and water resistent mitten making them perfect for the coldest of days.

These green heather mittens are knit in two shades of lite lopi yarn. When felted, lopi gives a warm, fuzzy, soft hand that stands up to lots of wear and tear. Size corresponds to a woman's M/L, but please see actual measurements in the pictures above.

To custom fit your mittens, soak them in warm water to saturate. Roll in a towel to remove excess water, then put on when still damp and form to your own hands. Remove mittens, being careful not to stretch, and let air dry in a warm area (a warming drawer works great!!)
