This could almost be worn over jeans with some hot boots. Black nylon slip with adjustable straps, accented with a handmade flower brooch made using grey felt. The center is a vintage earring.Measurements taken with garment laying flat:

Length: 30 inches
100% nylon. Remove pin and wash on gentle cycle and hang to dry.
