Description

Made from smooth black Bridal tulle, that has been gathered, with Striped stretch knit fabric on top that has a rolled hemmed. The fabric and tulle has been professorially serged to the fabric covered elastic waistband.

This is machine washable(gentle cycle) tumble dry low heat
