Lovely Katrina - A Handcrafted OOAK Art Doll, Susan Mentrak original

Description

This is Katrina.

She was lovingly made using paperclay for her head and torso. Gesso stiffened fabric was used for her arms and legs. Great care was taken with every detail.

Katrina's arms are jointed at the shoulder with fabric covered buttons. Her legs are also hinged with buttons and she can sit or stand with assistance.

Her facial features were painted with gauche and drawn with scribbled color pencil.

Although tempting, Katrina is not a toy to be played with and is not intended for children. She would look lovely gracefully sitting on a shelf in a bedroom, office or studio.

She measures approx. 9 in or 23cm tall. Not too big, not too small.
