This listing is for a kit to create the Laporte Avenue Tote by Sharon Dreifuss. The kit includes, the pattern which means you will be receiving an entire issue of Interweave Knits Fall '09, and a magnetic snap. The yarns are the original outstanding yarns chosen by Interweave magaine
to use for this beautiful bag as pictured in the magazine and in this posting.

Yarn
3 skeins of Naturally Naturelle Aran 10 Ply (100% wool; 186 yd 170 m/100 g): #151 silver gray.

10 skeins of Naturally Harmony 10 Ply (100% merino; 116 yd 106 m/50 g): #803 dark brown.

If you order now you will be receiving this kit at a reduced price. Kit will be mailed as soon as magazine is issued.

Interweave Knits Fall '09 as that is the only place you will find the pattern.

Finished Size 36” circumference at widest point and 24” circumference at upper edge; 13½” high.

All Yarns Needed- PROVIDED in kit

Pattern - YOU provide Pattern is in Interweave Knits Fall '09

Needles - YOU provide
Top of bag cable and shoulder strap—size 9 (5.5 mm). Cabled belt—size 8 (5 mm).
Body of bag—size 15 (10 mm): 24” circular (cir).
Belt loop I-cords—size 13 (9 mm):
2 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m, one in a different color for beg of rnd) YOU provide

tapestry needle - YOU provide

3” wooden circular belt buckle with center stem YOU provide

one ¾” round magnetic snap - PROVIDED in kit

4” grosgrain ribbon (for snap backing)- PROVIDED in kit

Gauge 10½ sts and 15 rows = 4” in St st on largest needle, before felting.
