Small Dish, Pottery, Sugar Plum Bowl

Description

This small hand formed "sugar plum" dish features a graceful flower petal edge and a raised design at the bottom. It features a patina glaze that imparts a beautiful ancient weathered effect. This one is a larger than others I have listed, approximately 3" across and 3/4" tall.

This bowl is exquisite displayed on its own, or use for tea bag, wasabi, condiments, rings, tiny trinkets, pills, beads, candy, and small gift presentation. My glazes are food safe and the pottery is fired twice, achieving stoneware hardness.

Have several small gifts or favors to give? Imagine the fanciest chocolate bonbon nestled in this dish, then wrapped with tulle and tied with a beautiful ribbon!

Using my sugar plum dishes to present ring or other precious gift makes the giving just a little more special. It would make the perfect ring bearer for a wedding.
