OK- So I have been asked many times here to work with wine corks, so (although I am a mad scientist and not a wino....well, hmmm) here goes....

This is a beautiful and very durable, recycled wooden cube (approx 4", remember it is reused, so the gorgeous wood will have the natural flaws of aging....just like our precious wine...and our precious selves) with (3) 6" science grade glass test tubes, various recycled wine corks and industrial hardware.

It is the perfect little storage unit for your desk, bed table, kitchen, etc- I know you Etsy crafties will find many, many uses for this adorable little unit.

This corks came to me as a gift from a wonderful Etsy photographer (we have never met or even spoken before, isn't Etsy wonderful?) who had been saving them up, but thought maybe I could use them. Ann's gift to me, is my gift to you- well not exactly a gift to you, you do have to pay for this, but you will be using this little baby for years to come, I promise!

Cork is the bark of the cork oak tree; grown in managed forests in Portugal and Spain where the bark is carefully harvested, once every nine years, in a centuries-old tradition with hand tools and without fertilizers or pesticides; a process that ensures the forests will remain undamaged!
