Description
This is a Happy Birthday Banner in Circus Colors from Jerusalem Greer's Storia HOME.This banners will say "Happy Birthday" and will be on one long ribbon. The circles will be smooth edged. There will be enough ribbon for you to cut it into separate pieces if needed. If you would like a name included please contact me - names are $1 a letter extra and I will do a separate listing for you.
Smoothed edged circles are 5" and scalloped edged circles are 4 1/2". The inner letter circles are 3".
A special RUSH option is available for an additional $5.
