Yin Yang Medallion tile - perfect for a mosaic ON SALE

I just finished making some custom ceramic medallions for a piece of furniture I'm building, and made a few extra for my Etsy shop. Here's a fabulous tile, perfect for your next mosaic or tile project.

This medallion, which measures about 9.5" in diameter, is lovely, with two glazes that I've sprayed to resemble a yin-yang. Through a combination of glaze components and slow cooling in the kiln, these two glazes create some lovely crystals and patterns on this tile. This piece has a very slight warp to one edge, which is why I am offering it on sale.

This disc has a simple "fishscale" texture on it, which works perfectly with this glaze combination. The glaze colors are mostly browns and blues, with some gold and white highlights.

People who have purchased my medallions have used them for everything from wall decorations to trivets to small serving plates. They're durable and food safe, too. All my glazes are lead free, and microwave and dishwasher safe. Sweet.
