This is made out of gross grain ribbon both are 3/8 and 5/8 in size. A 3 layered flower bow is measured 2 inches in size. Securely sew the ribbons together to make a flower bow and used E6000 glued to attached each layer and so is the novelty in the middle.
The nylon crochet headband with sequins design around the band is soft and stretchable. Adult supervision when worn by kids.
