FRIED GREEN TOMATOES - handspun yarn merino/silk 3.5oz/72yds

I chose this fibre blend and the name when I decided to participate to Etsy Italia Team blog challenge for September, which theme was “create and list something inspired by one of your favourite movies”.
So, I simply love that sweet movie and it is perfectly reflected by this handspun I guess: it’s spun in a subtle thick and thin single ply that let all hues just bright around… gooseberry, laburnum, clementine, teal, lime green and white silk.

It’s one skein:
70% superfine merinos 30% silk
100g (3.5oz)
66m (72 yds)

It’s so smooth and chunky, can’t think of anything different than something cozy for your neck!
