The Beret and Keyhole Scarf Pattern is a quick-to-make set that is equaly good to keep for yourself or to give as a gift. I have made a set in one day when rushed.

The Beret may be worn as shown in the photo, or it may be pulled down to protect your hair and ears from the cold & wind.
The loop on the top of the beret may be replaced by a button or any other decorative touch that you prefer.

The Keyhole Scarf is a short, stylish scarf that does not unwrap or slide off. It doesn't get caught in your jacket or coat like longer scarves do. And it stays snug around your neck without the need to be pinned or secured by a clip.

I prefer to use Amore yarn (worsted weight) for it, because of the softness, and the drape of the yarn.

For a child, use a thinner yarn and corresponding hook.
