Olive poplin (97% cotton, 3% lycra) prairie skirt, with black satin ribbon along entire bottom hem which measures an amazing 250".
Comfy non roll 1 1/4" WIDE elastic waistband so you can wear at waist, or navel, or whatever is comfy!
Now, I am not one to dress up real fancy, but I know this skirt will look fabulous with black velvet, or a suit jacket, or a black cashmere sweater, or just toss on a black tshirt or tank top and go!
Also, a perfect steampunk skirt as well!
(You know, that cashmere sweater cost more than the skirt!) :P

This skirt is generously cut and will fit up to a size 22.
