5 Coffee sample pack of five of our most popular coffees. The sampler contains five 1.75 ounce bags. (roughly 50 grams) That's enough coffee to make one medium sized pot of each type.

This sampler contains Ethiopian Longberry Harrar, Guatemalan Maya Ixil, Papau New Guinea, Kenyan AA, and Costa Rican Hard Bean. Several of these coffees are fair trade, shade grown coffees meaning they support indigenous peoples and help preserve the environment.

Ethiopian Longberry Harrar has a wild, fruity taste reminiscent of blueberries or blackberries. It is a sweet coffee with a fermented, winey aftertaste. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of apricot. It has a mild acidity that produces a gentle, round, delicately complex cup. Shade grown.

Guatemalan Maya Ixil is a mild coffee with a silky mouthfeel. It has a slightly acidic, fruity taste, reminiscent of summer tomatoes fresh from the garden. Great as an iced coffee! fair trade, shade grown.

Papau New Guinea is a coffee grown at high altitude, over 5,000 feet in most cases. This is a medium bodied coffee with a complex, spicy taste. Fair trade, shade grown.

Kenya AA is a medium to heavy bodied coffee. It's bright with wine and citrus fruit notes. It has a slight bite to it typical of African coffees. AA is the highest grade of Kenyan coffee and is grown at high altitude.

Costa Rican Hard Bean is a full bodied natural, sun-dried coffee from one of the highest altitude growing regions of Costa Rica. Much more syrupy and complex than most other Costa Rica coffees, this coffee was a hit in our shop as soon as it came out of the roaster!

Note: All coffee will be ground for an AutoDrip coffee maker with a paper filter unless you request differently!


All coffee is roasted fresh the day it is ordered. Please specify with order if you want your coffee ground for autodrip, french press, espresso, or perk. If no grind is specified, coffee will be shipped as unground, whole bean.

Shipping is by UPS so usually takes 1-4 days to arrive depending on what region of the US you are in. (some remote areas may take longer) If you are in the Bethel, CT area you may pick up purchases in person.
